We are seeking an executive-level technology leader who will guide our tech and product strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a culture of growth and servant leadership. As a CTO/Head of Engineering, you will be responsible for defining and executing a long-term technology roadmap, inspiring and mentoring teams, and overseeing product evolution.

* You have experience in a technology or product-focused executive role and possess deep understanding of front-end and API-driven development.
* You are passionate about driving innovation, scalability, and growth in a digital product environment.
* You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can balance multiple priorities while delivering high-quality results.

Additional Information:

Must-Have Experience:
* Leadership experience in a technology or product-focused executive role
* Experience with Client side web development (HTML/CSS/JS)
* Deep understanding of front-end and API-driven development
* Understanding of AWS, CDN, MariaDB, Apache web servers, Linux, Cloud computing, CI/CD, cybersecurity
* Security and scalability expertise in a digital product environment
Nice to Have (or willingness to learn):
* Cloudflare (maintenance, security, performance optimization)
* WordPress, PHP, MySQL
* GTM, on-site data tracking, SEO

* A hands-on backend developer role
* A position for someone looking to rebuild everything in-house
