Job Description:
* Provide professional services to the Client using remote access tools such as Zoho Assist, Teams, and the like
* Install and configure Lab products in client environment.
* Update Lab product versions in client environment.
* Conduct quality audits of Lab product configurations in client environment.
* Prepare operational and project documentation for Lab products.
* Offer consultation to Clients regarding the configuration and use of Lab products.
* Record time spent and completed tasks in the JIRA system.
* Negotiate with both internal and external Clients, clearly identify their needs, and document them in writing via email.
* Prepare reports on completed tasks for external Clients.
* Draft acceptance certificates for completed work.
* If necessary, create and agree on technical proposals and documents outlining the scope of work.
* Send a link to a quality survey via email upon completion of work.
