Senior Brand Analyst - Allergan Aesthetics
Overview
Senior Brand Analyst supporting Allergan Aesthetics, an AbbVie company, with responsibilities across brand planning, cross-functional collaboration, and end-to-end campaign execution.
Responsibilities
Assist the Product Manager in developing promotional activities and materials (visual assets, key messages, scripts, and advertising collateral) aligned with the brand plan for healthcare professionals and consumers.
Coordinate and communicate monthly promotional materials, ensuring timely delivery.
Lead an annual product campaign based on insights from healthcare professionals, internal product sales, and market trends.
Acquire in-depth knowledge of the product's scientific platform to effectively build brand strategies.
Understand customer segmentation to create effective brand promotional messaging.
Support the implementation of all marketing activities, including innovative tactics for holistic solutions, partnerships, and multichannel opportunities to strengthen campaigns and multi-stakeholder initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure tactical execution of the brand plan (AMI, market access, digital, communications, medical, training, etc.).
Lead marketing events and the InField Team, enhancing engagement with healthcare professionals and clients through an excellent experience.
Ensure promotional materials are ready for each cycle in advance, following the company’s approval processes and compliance standards.
Support and participate in the development of the Strategic Marketing Plan.
Prepare promotional presentations.
Oversee the uploading and tracking of materials in the approval system, including reference review and monitoring.
Conduct monthly market analysis to identify insights, opportunities, and recommend solutions.
Monitor and present brand KPIs.
Accompany the InField team during client visits to understand field realities and propose improvements as needed.
Regularly monitor the use and effectiveness of field materials, recommending improvements to optimize the field team's performance.
Develop digital materials and innovative ideas, and liaise with agencies.
Perform market analysis and competitor research.
Manage the Brand Marketing budget, preparing expense control reports and maintaining purchase order records, including supplier information and values.
Handle administrative tasks related to contracts, purchase orders, and requisitions supporting product strategy.
Coordinate monthly brand cost control, proposing LBE adjustments when necessary to ensure budget accuracy.
Issue monitoring reports on inventory, budget, shipment of promotional materials, and related activities.
Qualifications
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Marketing experience
Advanced English proficiency
