About The Role

Client Consulting & Solution Design
* Lead discovery sessions to understand client business processes, pain points, and goals
* Translate business requirements into tailored Business Central solutions
* Develop functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on solution architecture
Implementation & Delivery
* Manage full‑cycle Business Central implementations, including configuration, testing, training, and support
* Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with client objectives
* Provide post‑implementation consulting and optimization services
Pre‑Sales & Advisory
* Support pre‑sales efforts by participating in demos, scoping sessions, and proposal development
* Advise clients on best practices, industry trends, and Business Central capabilities
Collaboration & Support
* Work closely with developers, project managers, and other consultants to ensure successful project delivery
* Troubleshoot issues and provide expert guidance on Business Central functionality
Qualifications
* 5+ years of consulting experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV), including full‑cycle implementations
* Proven ability to lead client engagements and deliver tailored solutions
* Strong understanding of Business Central modules such as Finance, Manufacturing, and Warehouse Management
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging executive stakeholders
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
* Proficiency in Microsoft technologies (e.G., Power BI, SQL Server, SharePoint) is a plus
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements
Key Responsibilities
* Reporting to the Consulting Manager, this is a client‑facing consulting role focused on delivering end‑to‑end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging your deep product knowledge and consulting experience to guide them through discovery, design, implementation, and post‑go‑live support.
