Principal responsibilities of the position:
* Act as a strategic partner for business areas, supporting managers on people and organizational culture issues.
* Identify organizational development needs and propose talent management, succession, training, and development solutions.
* Conduct performance management processes, supporting leaders in defining goals, feedback, and development plans.
* Support the implementation of engagement, organizational climate, and corporate culture programs.
* Ensure that HR practices comply with internal policies and current labor legislation.
* Analyze HR indicators (turnover, absenteeism, engagement, performance, etc.) and propose improvement actions.
To occupy this position, you need to have:
* Complete higher education
* Previous experience as an HR Business Partner supporting the industrial area.
* Advanced knowledge of Office/Google Package.
* Advanced or fluent English
* Availability to work in a hybrid mode (3 x face-to-face).
