* The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating training sessions, analyzing training needs, and ensuring the successful execution of training activities.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
1. Analyzing training requirements to identify knowledge gaps and areas for improvement.
2. Initiating and managing session creation, modification, completion, and cancellation as required.
3. Organizing training sessions according to trainee expectations and preferences.
4. Ensuring the effective delivery of training activities in line with company objectives.
5. FOLLOWING UP ON COMPLETION OF TRAINING ACTIVITIES AND INVOICING AS NEEDED.
6. Utilizing CRM tools and adhering to workflow processes to ensure seamless operations.
This position requires the following skills and qualifications:
* Experience in learning delivery management & operations, preferably with international exposure.
* Excellent customer service skills and a high level of structured and organized mindset capable of prioritizing tasks.
* Fluent English speaker and proficient in MS Office suite.
