ASSISTANT PROFESSOR IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Location: SKEMA BUSINESS SCHOOL, Lille
Institution: SKEMA Business School and the SKEMA Center for Analytics and Management Science
Language of work and teaching: English (French knowledge not required)

Qualifications
Hold or be about to complete a Ph.D. in Management, Engineering, or a related field, with research relevant to Project Management
Strong research orientation and track record in highly regarded management journals (CABS‑FNEGE‑FT50) or potential
Ability to work as part of a team in a collegial environment
Strong oral and written communication skills
Excellence in research methods, quantitative, qualitative, or mixed methods
Strong interest in research focusing on Resilience, Collaboration, Innovation, Organisational Transformation, and use of Artificial Intelligence in Project Management
Commitment to service and/or outreach activities
Expectations
Produce excellent research
Teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses in Project Management, with possibility to contribute to Data Analytics courses
Contribute to student mentorship
Show academic citizenship, commit to the life of the institution, and contribute to projects related to the School’s strategy
