Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Service Delivery Lead to manage the day-to-day operation of our Open Banking SaaS solution. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and experience in leading support teams.
About the Role:
* Manage the operational efficiency of the Open Banking SaaS solution.
* Provide strategic guidance on Open Banking SME knowledge and best practices to the support team.
* Collaborate with development and AWS SMEs to ensure smooth platform operation.
* Participate in application support and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Mandatory Skills:
* 7+ years of experience in supporting production environments for financial services institutions.
* 2+ years of experience in supporting AWS cloud environments.
* Working experience in FDX/REST APIs, data sharing, and consent workflows.
* Previous experience leading a support team.
* Experience in successfully running SLA and KPI frameworks for critical applications.
* Working experience in ITIL processes, mainly change, release, and incident management.
* Experience dealing with customer senior management.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
* Open Banking experience.
* French language proficiency (B2 or above).
