ServiceNow Technical Expert
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Technical Expert to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in building and evolving ServiceNow as the IT ERP for our organization.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration, development, and administration. They should be able to guide external partners responsible for development and application management, perform configuration tasks within ServiceNow, collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic roadmaps, investigate module usage across various modules such as SPM, ITSM, ITOM HR VR custom apps integrations platform capabilities
* Make hands-on architectural decisions for ServiceNow configuration development ensuring scalability maintainability minimal technical debt.
* Demonstrate proactive problem-solving consultative guidance across modules maintaining clear effective communication internal external stakeholders representing BEXIT subject matter expert cross-functional meetings initiatives.
