A Little Bit About Our Team
Our team is a powerhouse within the Commercial Department, serving as the primary engine for our Artist Value Proposition. We bridge the gap between creative vision and market dominance. Responsible for digital distribution, physical strategy, and elite-level DSP relationships, we work at the intersection of Artist Relations, Business Intelligence, and Marketing to maximize revenue and market share for a world-class roster.
Your Role
As the Commercial Services Manager for the Southern Cone, you are the "go-to" business lead for Argentina, Chile, Bolivia; Uruguay, and Paraguay. This is a seniority role where you own the Digital & Physical Revenue (P&L). You will not only secure visibility but also drive direct financial impact through strategic negotiations, quarterly planning, and the aggressive use of data to optimize every release and catalog opportunity.
Here You’ll Get To

Own the Revenue: Take explicit ownership of digital revenue targets by DSP and by artist. You are responsible for the commercial success and market share growth of our roster in the region.
Lead Strategic Negotiations: Move beyond standard pitching to negotiate high-impact campaigns (Home takeovers, platform exclusives, and co-created partner initiatives).
Act as the Southern Cone DSP Counterpart: Be the primary lead for Spotify, YouTube, Apple Music, Amazon, TikTok, and Claro Música. Lead listenings and priority pitches for local, regional, and Anglo products.
Drive Data-Led Decisions: Transition from reporting to active data usage. Use streaming analytics to define release priorities, optimize marketing spend, and identify incremental growth opportunities.
Integrate Physical Strategy: Lead the strategy for physical products, managing relationships with production and commercial partners for special editions, bundles, and retail activations.
Execute Regional Catalog Initiatives: Manage the monthly Discovery Mode strategy and quarterly catalog roadmaps to drive incremental revenue from the "fresh catalogue" and off-roster assets.
Supervise & Collaborate: Oversee the operational team in daily tasks (pitching, metadata, Pre-saves/Linkfire) while aligning with A&R, Label Managers, and Artist stakeholders to ensure flawless execution.

About You

Experience: 5+ years in the music industry (Labels, Aggregators, or DSPs) with a proven track record in commercial negotiation and digital accounts.
Regional Expert: Deep knowledge of the Southern Cone market, consumer behavior, and a strong existing network within regional DSP editorial teams.
Data Savvy: Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Spotify for Artists, Chartmetric, etc.) with the ability to turn complex metrics into a business strategy.
You are a subject matter expert in the Southern Cone music market, with a firm grasp of local consumer behavior and the competitive landscape.
Business Mindset: You understand P&L, market share, and ROI. You are comfortable being held accountable for financial KPIs and "incremental revenue.
Communication: Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal) to navigate both local market needs and global corporate reporting.
Independent Leader: A collaborative professional who can work with limited guidance, solving complex problems under pressure while maintaining high company standards.

Portuguese Fluency to support broader Latin American synergies.
YouTube Certification or other platform-specific credentials.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
