As a senior headhunter you will help us to find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden.ResponsibilitiesFind engineers and inform them about the benefits of living and working in Sweden.Build trust with suitable candidates and manage relocation-related tasks with a global team and Swedish management.Coordinate with Swedish delivery management to handle relocation logistics (visa, work permits, tickets, housing, etc.).Support employees’ relocation journey and ensure a smooth onboarding process.What you will work withClients in software development, R&D, cybersecurity, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development.QualificationsAt least 5 years of professional experience from recruitment in the IT sector, or similar technical experience.A solid and well-proven network of local engineering talent within IT.Extremely service oriented, with a flexible mindset towards always finding the best solution for the challenge at hand.High quality and brand awareness.Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing.Upper intermediate English.Knowledge of at least a handful of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn the main ideas of new technologies.Analytical, well organized with an eye for details, with the ability to identify and close a recruitment request.Self confident, happy, social, friendly and outgoing with a high level of self motivation.Durable and persistent, with the capacity to take a "no" as a reason to try harder.Passionate about success, with an executive yet relaxed attitude towards work, colleagues and customers.Responsive and responsible, with an appropriate and representative appearance.Contract and BenefitsFull-time, long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur.Minimum 12 months.Eight hours per day, Monday to Friday.Overtime compensation 1:1.Location: remote or from a co-location center of your choice.Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.Paid national holidays, 20 paid vacation days, paid travels, housing, and per diem.ApplicationPlease send your English CV to: ******.
