The role
As a Motion Designer Sr, you are passionate about experience innovation and eager to push the boundaries of what’s possible. You bring 6+ years of experience, a growth mindset and a drive to make a lasting impact.

* Experienced in Agile methodologies and consulting (a plus)
Role Responsibilities
* Craft Storyboards & Design Language: Build original visual directions that bring narrative ideas to life—no templates here.
* Animate Fluidly & Intelligently: Bring shape, rhythm, and emotion to visuals across formats—film, social, product, and experiential.
* Edit Cinematically: Own the edit for key films—shaping narrative arcs, performance moments, and pacing with precision.
* Collaborate with Creative Teams: Partner with writers, art directors, producers, and strategists to build cohesive, emotionally powerful work.
* Support New Business & High-Stakes Work: Develop visuals for pitch decks, sizzle reels, and content that wins hearts (and clients).
* Shape Studio Craft: Share your skills, set creative benchmarks, and contribute to a culture of high-quality motion storytelling.
Must Have Qualifications
* 6+ years of motion design and editorial experience in a creative agency or studio setting
* Mastery of After Effects and Davinci Resolve; strong design chops in Illustrator and Photoshop or Figma.
* Experience with sound design and music editing.
* A portfolio that shows range: motion design, editorial storytelling, manifestos, sizzles, and brand work
* A keen eye for typography, layout, timing, pacing, and transitions
* Experience working in narrative-driven formats, especially short-form branded content
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines
* Strong communication skills—you know how to give and receive feedback, pitch ideas, and work independently or collaboratively
Nice To Have Qualifications
* Experience working on pitches and new business storytelling
* Familiarity with AI tools like MidJourney, Runway, 11 Labs, Leonardo, etc.
* 3D or visual effects experience (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender)
