A Snapshot of Your Day As the Project Manager for the Digital Grid - Grid Enhancing Technology (DG GET) organization, you are a key figure when it comes to driving and delivering sold contracts for the region of LATAM. How You’ll Make an Impact - Lead and deliver DG GET projects in LATAM, ensuring quality, cost-efficiency, and timely execution. - Coordinate project schedules, scope, services, materials, and customer management in line with project standards and customer requirements. - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers from contract signing through to the end of the warranty period. - Communicate effectively—both orally and in writing—with all partners including customers and internal teams. - Share lessons learned from projects to drive continuous improvement in processes and strategy. - Supply market and project insights to improve the DG GET portfolio and maintain customer-centricity. What You Bring - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering: Electrical, Electronics, Power, or equivalent technical field (or equivalent experience). - At least 3 years of shown success in similar roles driving new digital products and digital transformation. - Technical experience within the energy industry. - Strong passion for new technologies, with in-depth knowledge of IoT, digitalization, and automation trends. - Customer-focused mindset with collaboration, creativity, and open communication skills. - Proficiency in English and Portuguese, and Spanish (intermediate).
