We are seeking an experienced professional to play a foundational role in building our core platform, enabling power utilities to transition from legacy systems to an AI-native future.
* As a senior full-stack software engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining APIs, services, and distributed systems that form the backbone of our operating system.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in React.js and either Go, Node.js, or Java, with a willingness to adopt Go as the primary backend technology.
You will collaborate closely with AI engineers, security leaders, and product managers to build and deliver AI-native services at startup speed.

* Key Responsibilities:
* Front-end development: Build, implement, and maintain front-end applications.
* Back-end architecture and development: Design, implement, and maintain APIs, services, and distributed systems.
* AI integration: Collaborate with AI engineers to integrate models, embeddings, and agent services into back-end systems.
* System modernization: Transform legacy workflows into modern, secure, scalable codebases using cloud-native best practices.
* Security and compliance: Partner with security leaders to ensure all services adhere to stringent utility-sector regulations.
* Agile delivery: Deliver features and improvements in cycles measured in weeks, balancing speed with reliability.
Required Experience and Skills:
* Excellent English communication skills.
* 5+ years of software engineering experience in SaaS or enterprise environments.
* Strong proficiency in React.js, Python, and either Go, Node.js, or Java.
* Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality code in fast-moving teams.
* Basic proficiency with AI/ML tooling (e.g., calling APIs, integrating model outputs).
* Solid understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL), message queues, and distributed architectures.
* Cloud-native engineering experience (AWS, Azure, GCP).
