International Marketing Specialist | Remote

Your Responsibilities
* Support end-to-end execution of digital marketing campaigns
* Assist in organizing scopes, timelines, and KPIs
* Update and manage project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, Jira, Trello)
* Coordinate communication between designers, copywriters, media buyers, and developers
* Ensure organization of briefings, assets, and documentation
* Track creative deliverables and deadlines
* Collect and organize campaign performance metrics (paid media, social, email, SEO)
* Support KPI analysis and performance reporting
* Identify potential operational risks and escalate when necessary
* Participate in internal meetings and, when needed, client calls
* Prepare summaries and follow-ups to ensure team alignment
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing or agency environment
* Experience managing multiple priorities simultaneously
* Familiarity with project management tools
* Functional knowledge of digital channels (social, paid media, email, SEO, landing pages)
* Advanced or fluent English (written and spoken)
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
* Comfortable working in fast-paced, remote environments
Nice to Have
* Previous experience in agencies or startups
* Experience working with international clients
* Knowledge of dashboards and performance reporting
* Certifications in digital marketing or project management
