Drive Business Growth as a Marketing Automation Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Automation Specialist to drive the implementation of Loyalty and Marketing Automation platforms for LATAM markets.
Your key responsibilities will include owning and prioritizing the product backlog for Loyalty and Marketing Automation initiatives. You will also write clear requirements and maintain documentation in Confluence.
* Own and prioritize the product backlog for Loyalty and Marketing Automation initiatives.
* Write clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria; maintain documentation in Confluence.
* Collaborate with global and local teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
* Support integration with the Single Customer View (SCV) and ensure data governance best practices.
* Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure timely, value-driven delivery.
You should have experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in marketing tech or CRM. A strong grasp of Agile methodology and sprint management is necessary.
Familiarity with MarTech tools – CDPs, loyalty/promo engines, and automation platforms is required.
