Your role is to help us find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden and inform them about the benefits of living and working there.As a senior headhunter you will build trust with suitable candidates, supported by a global team of recruiters, our executive management team in Sweden, and a Swedish delivery management team that handles relocation logistics (visa, work permits, tickets, housing, and related arrangements).Our clients are primarily in software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development. Your work will be planned and executed with colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam. Telescope’s core values are joy, trust, and professionalism.ResponsibilitiesAs a senior headhunter you will:Find engineers who are ready to relocate to Sweden and inform them about the benefits of living and working there.Build trust with candidates and guide them through relocation processes.Collaborate with a global recruitment team and Swedish management to coordinate relocation logistics.Partner with clients across software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, and online solutions.QualificationsRequired competence (documented in CV): At least 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment or similar technical experience.Solid and proven network of local IT engineering talent.Extremely service-oriented with a flexible mindset to find the best solution.High quality and brand awareness.Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing.Upper intermediate English.Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and ability to learn new technologies.Analytical, well organized, detail-oriented, with ability to identify and close recruitment requests.Self-confident, sociable, friendly, and highly motivated.Resilient, able to stay motivated after a rejection.Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues and customers.Responsive and responsible with a professional appearance.Employment detailsSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Human ResourcesFull-time.
