This is not a "make it pretty" gig. We want a designer with exceptional taste, strong opinions, and the instincts to ship visuals that move metrics.What You'll DoYou'll partner with Growth, Product, Marketing, and Founders to: own day-to-day marketing design, evolve and guard our brand system, turn complex AI features into clear visuals, and more.Responsibilities:Own day-to-day marketing design: ad creatives, product marketing animations, landing pages, websites, email visuals, partner assetsEvolve and guard our brand system (typography, color, illustration, motion, component libraries) across web and product-adjacent surfacesTurn complex AI features into clear, conversion-ready visuals (diagrams, product mockups, short motion snippets)Rapidly prototype A/B test variants and ship multiple creative angles per weekBuild reusable templates for speed (social sets, launch kits, webinar packs, sales one-pagers)Collaborate on campaign concepts end-to-end: insight, moodboard, concept, production, iterationMaintain a tidy Figma workspace (components, tokens, documentation) so others can self-serveWhat Success Looks LikeEnhancing our designs to build thought-leadership as a bold brand within AI SaaS, asset turnaround under 48 hours for priority requests, and a cohesive brand system used across marketing and sales with near-zero rework.Who You Are6+ years hands-on design experience in SaaS / AI (agency or in-house), exceptional taste, refined typography, layout discipline, and a deep interest in current design trends in tech/SaaS/AI.Requirements:6+ years hands-on design experience in SaaS / AI (agency or in-house)Exceptional taste and refined typographyDeep interest in current design trends in tech/SaaS/AIFast-paced, passionate, easy to work with, and a low-ego collaborator who communicates crisplyTools: Figma & Wordpress / Elementor power user; Adobe Illustrator as neededBonus Points if You...Have 2–4+ years in marketing/advertising environments (performance creative, concepting, storytelling)Can produce quick micro-motion (feature reveals, UI walkthroughs, ad loops)Understand performance marketing basics (hook hierarchy, thumb-stop, offer framing, mobile-first)Have experience building componentized design systems for marketingThe OpportunityStart part-time freelance and earn your way into a full-time seat in 12 months through results.
