Financial analysis and forecasting play a crucial role in driving business growth. At Teachable, we're seeking a Financial Planning Analyst to help us determine the best way to allocate our resources.
This position is responsible for assessing opportunities and providing insights to inform sound business decisions. The FP&A Manager will oversee this role, which will involve various finance-related tasks, including financial reporting, forecasting, cross-department partnerships, and data integrity.
* Owning Teachable's monthly labor process, including updating actuals and forecasts;
* Supporting the buildup of labor-related balance sheet accounts and cash flow statements, and owning the monthly updates and analyses;
* Collaborating with HR and various teams on workforce planning, analyzing financial data, and developing actionable insights;
* Developing reports and dashboards for financial and other business needs, using tools such as Excel and BI software;
To be successful in this role, you'll need strong modeling skills, the ability to handle multiple projects, and strategic data analysis expertise. Experience with SQL, database management, and BI tooling is a plus.
