If this describes you and you share our passion for energy, we look forward to meeting you!Responsibilities and dutiesMission of the Role: Supervise your team(s) to ensure compliance with contract requirements, internal processes, and propose improvements in coordination with the Maintenance, Engineering, Health and Safety Project Manager, and other administrative/support areas to guarantee high-quality service delivery.Responsibilities:Plan, supervise, and guide your team to ensure safety, quality, deadlines, goals, and indicators are met, and identify process improvement opportunities.Manage maintenance plans for assets, whether performed by your team or outsourced, ensuring internal procedures are followed and updating the Maintenance Management System to guarantee operational availability.Oversee commissioning and acceptance of new equipment, coordinating team efforts to meet work plans and enable operational release.Develop and manage action plans for service requests recorded in the Maintenance Management System, tracking resolutions to address operational anomalies.Ensure proper use and conservation of maintenance tools and instruments to maintain safety and company assets.Supervise emergency responses, guiding inspections and identifying causes of automatic shutdowns to restore equipment swiftly.Oversee material and equipment receipt, control, organization, and storage, maintaining optimal inventory conditions.Operate company vehicles in compliance with traffic laws and fleet policies, ensuring safety and asset integrity.Ensure legal and internal procedural compliance, maintaining safety documentation, and monitoring activities to prevent risks.Prepare monthly and technical reports following engineering standards to meet contractual and legal deadlines.Provide technical insights regarding equipment failures and performance to engineering specialists.Recognize operational events (like automatic shutdowns or alarms) and coordinate local actions to ensure maximum asset availability.Supervise local operation and step in when remote operation is lost, following network procedures and operational instructions.Maintain civil infrastructure to ensure proper working conditions.Manage visits and audits from external agencies, providing necessary documentation to demonstrate legal compliance.Handle local administrative, financial, and accounting activities, including cash management and resource planning.Foster good relationships with access agents, landowners, and the client team to ensure smooth operations and compliance with agreements.Supervise environmental compliance, guiding your team to adhere to legislation and licensing requirements.Contribute to contingency plans, emergency response plans, and safety procedures to ensure operational safety and security.Assist in drafting technical specifications for contracted services.Monitor key performance indicators, identify issues, and propose corrective actions for continuous improvement.Participate in budgeting activities, tracking expenses and optimizing resource use.Manage team performance through regular meetings, feedback, and development initiatives.Collaborate with other departments to share knowledge and improve processes.Perform other related activities as directed by your supervisor.Minimum qualificationsMandatory:Technical degree in Electrotechnics, Electromechanics, Mechanics, Automation, Electronics, or a related field, or a higher education degree;Valid driver's license (Category B);Active registration with the professional council;Proficiency in Microsoft Office;Experience in Asset Maintenance;Desirable:Knowledge of EquipMaint Maintenance Management Software;Higher education in Electrical Engineering, Administration, or related fields;Experience in Substations (SE);Leadership/management experience.Additional informationBenefits: Meal/food allowance, life insurance, health plan, dental plan, education assistance, discount partnerships (Ipog, Unisul, Clinica Buriti);Work location: Paulínia (SP);Residence: Paulínia (SP);On-call shifts are required.
