**Job Description** Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
- Create visually appealing assets for social media and digital banners
- Resize banner formats with great attention to detail, ensuring guidelines are followed and maintaining consistency across different formats
- Support the social team with design needs, including mood boards, mockups, and concept boards for social campaigns
- Demonstrate expertise in typography hierarchy and visual organization
- Be able to do light animation like GIF or simple motion
**Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Firefly, and MidJourney
- Mastery in Google Slides and PowerPoint, including templates and embedding videos
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency for written and spoken communication
- 4+ years of experience as a Graphic or Visual Designer, ideally within an advertising agency or design studio
- Ability to conduct image research for campaign visuals and social media content
- Portfolio demonstrating social media work and cross-platform experience is required
- Must be able to provide examples of social media assets and presentation work
