What You'll Do
Partnership Development
* Build strategic relationships with decision-makers at chemical manufacturing facilities across the US and Latin America
* Conduct comprehensive operational assessments to understand client challenges and growth opportunities
* Develop tailored solutions that demonstrate clear ROI and competitive advantages
* Expand software adoption within existing accounts through strategic account growth planning
Technical Solution Design
* Lead technical demonstrations showcasing how our platform addresses specific chemical processes
* Translate complex manufacturing challenges into software opportunities, leveraging your engineering background
* Design integration strategies with existing systems (ERP, SCADA, DCS, LIMS)
* Collaborate with product teams to influence roadmap based on market insights and client feedback
Implementation Leadership
* Guide digital transformation journeys from initial planning through successful adoption
* Develop implementation strategies with clear milestones and success metrics
* Lead data migration and system integration projects
* Train client teams on software utilization, focusing on role-specific workflows and maximum value realization
What You Bring
Essential Experience
* 5+ years in chemical manufacturing or related industrial sectors
* Deep understanding of chemical plant operations, equipment, and process optimization
* CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot)
* Hands-on experience with manufacturing software applications (MES, DCS, CMMS, ERP)
* Strong technical aptitude for learning and demonstrating complex software solutions
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
* Consultative problem-solving approach with project management experience, specifically with software implementations
* Consistent communication skills and follow-through with clients and internal teams
* Willingness to travel regionally (primarily Brazil, with occasional US/LatAm trips)
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
* Previous SaaS sales experience in industrial/manufacturing environments
* Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (Brazilian ANVISA, US EPA/OSHA/PSM, regional compliance)
* Understanding of data analytics, process optimization, and predictive maintenance applications
* Experience with chemical process simulation software
* Familiarity with Industry 4.0, IoT, and industrial automation concepts
* Change management expertise for technology adoption and organizational transformation
* Experience with software integration methods (APIs, webhooks, etc.)
* Understanding of cloud infrastructure, data security, and disaster recovery protocols
* Professional Engineer (PE) certification or MBA/business coursework

Work Environment
This role combines the flexibility of remote work with strategic client engagement across the Americas. You'll travel primarily within Brazil and occasionally to the US and other Latin American countries to conduct site assessments, lead implementations, and build lasting partnerships.
