 
        
        Strategic Talent Partner
In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between our clients and Randstad, facilitating the delivery of high-quality recruitment services.
The ideal candidate will possess strong stakeholder management skills, operational insight, and leadership capabilities to oversee the performance of the recruitment delivery team and drive improvements in recruiting processes.
Key responsibilities include:
 * Acting as the primary point of contact between Randstad and our client.
 * Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
 * Overseeing the performance of the recruitment delivery team to ensure all SLAs and KPIs are consistently met.
 * Analyzing operational data to identify trends and proactively solve issues.
 * Presenting insights, updates, and reports to both internal and client-side leadership.
Required qualifications include:
 * Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with a strong emphasis on talent acquisition.
 * Previous experience in staffing, RPO, or talent consulting firms, especially in client-facing or manager-facing roles.
 * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
 * Native Portuguese, fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
 * Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and a self-assured, professional presence.
 * Ability to analyze operational challenges and implement strategic solutions.
 * Proven ability to lead or influence recruitment teams toward high performance.
