About the Role Note: This role requires fluency in both English and Spanish for client-facing presentations. We are looking for a Senior Pre-Sales Consultant with strong expertise in insurance and technology to join our team. This role sits at the intersection of business, technology, and sales, supporting our commercial team in designing and delivering high-impact solutions powered by Insure MO’s API-first Insurance Middle Office platform. You will work directly with senior leadership and collaborate with sales, partners, and business operations teams to translate complex insurance needs into scalable, API-driven solutions. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is comfortable operating with autonomy.
Key Responsibilities Lead discovery sessions with clients and partners to understand business and technical requirements Translate requirements into solution designs leveraging Insure MO capabilities Support sales teams in building technical proposals and solution narratives Design and deliver functional and technical demos (including live API demonstrations) Configure insurance products within the platform (rules, workflows, rating logic)
Execute and support Proof of Concepts (POCs) Perform API testing and integrations (REST, JSON, Postman or similar tools) Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Business Operations, Partners) to drive opportunities forward
Engage directly with client stakeholders across business and IT
Required Qualifications Insurance Expertise Strong knowledge of insurance operations, preferably in P& C and Life Experience with policy administration, claims, reinsurance and/or billing systems Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations Technical Skills Solid understanding of APIs (REST) and integration patterns Experience testing APIs using tools such as Postman or similar Familiarity with:
Microservices architecture Cloud environments (AWS) Experience with low-code or scripting languages (Groovy or similar is a plus) Pre-Sales / Client-Facing Experience Experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or implementation roles Strong ability to communicate with both technical and business stakeholders Proven experience supporting enterprise sales cycles
Language Skills (Mandatory) Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written) Must be comfortable delivering client-facing presentations, demos, and technical discussions in both languages
