Key Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Technical Account Manager to spearhead pre-sales and post-sales technical support in the Wireless IoT sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience through comprehensive technical assistance, ensuring seamless integration of our cellular modules.
Main Responsibilities:
* Foster strong relationships with customers, providing on-site and remote support throughout the entire design/launch process, from integration to maintenance.
* Collaborate closely with Research and Development teams to facilitate knowledge transfer and optimize product usability for customers.
* Conduct hands-on activities involving proof-of-concept demos, use case implementations, and system validations using our evaluation kits or other IoT systems.
* Develop and deliver engaging technical training, presentations, and workshops for customers, partners, or internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Minimum 1.5 years of experience in software engineering and/or Field Applications Engineer roles within the cellular phone or wireless module industry.
* Hands-on experience with relevant industry technologies, including 5G, LTE, and/or CatM.
* Proficiency in Android or Linux development environments.
* Excellent technical, analytical, and presentation skills.
* Familiarity with hardware design or software architecture is a plus.
* Familiarity with Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS) or embedded systems development environments is a plus.
* Travel up to 25% for domestic and international assignments.
* Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is preferred.
