Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly capable
Executive Practice Coordinator
with a legal background to support the Managing Attorney and executive leadership of our global firm. This is a
remote, full-time, independent contractor
position ideal for a legal professional who excels in
executive support, team oversight, project coordination, and ensuring consistent workflow execution in a fast-paced legal services environment.
This role acts as the operational right hand to the Managing Attorney—bridging communication between leadership, legal and compliance consultants, and internal departments. The Coordinator will
oversee the activities of assigned legal and compliance consultants, ensuring clarity of expectations, accountability, and timely delivery of high-quality work.
Work Hours & Commitment:
Full-time : Minimum of
160 billable hours per month
Required schedule : Monday to Friday,
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST)
Must be available consistently during these hours
Key Responsibilities:
Provide executive and administrative support to the Managing Attorney
Coordinate the Managing Attorney's calendar, meetings, and internal/external communications
Represent the Managing Attorney in internal team meetings or project check-ins as needed
Oversee the progress of ongoing legal and compliance projects across teams
Ensure timely completion of deliverables with a focus on
quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction
Supervise assigned legal and compliance consultants, providing direction and accountability
Align team capacity and workflow in coordination with the Practice Coordinator
Assist with the client work approval process and expedite delivery when needed
Monitor and track project timelines, milestones, and reporting deadlines
Identify delays, risks, or capacity issues early and propose actionable solutions
Support onboarding and integration of new consultants into client and team systems
Liaise across departments (HR, IT, Finance) to facilitate smooth project execution and internal operations
Candidate Requirements:
Law degree or equivalent legal qualification (required)
At least
3 years of experience
in legal practice, legal operations, or executive legal support
Demonstrated experience managing or coordinating legal teams and deliverables
Fluent in
English
with excellent written and verbal communication
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with high-level administrative tasks
Experience with
project management tools
(e.g., Asana, Trello, Notion, Monday.com)
Familiarity with
U.S. securities law, RIAs, or SEC compliance is a strong advantage
Previous remote work experience across international teams is preferred

Compensation:
This is a full-time independent contractor role with a
minimum monthly commitment of 160 billable hours .
