Key Responsibilities
Determine supply needs for products and services and research potential suppliers.
Act as a link and communicate pricing and performance needs to vendors and suppliers.
Participate in negotiations of favorable procurement contracts and prices with selected vendors and suppliers.
Select the most suitable suppliers in terms of reliability, product quality, and cost-efficiency.
Maintain and update a list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development.
Prepare cost-benefit analysis reports for review by managers.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in a supply management role or related position.
Knowledge of SAP or SAP B1.
Degree in supply chain management, logistics, business management, or related fields.
Experience in managing inventory.
Proficiency in SQL analysis tools and mathematical analysis.
Interpersonal skills and ability to build and improve trust.
Advanced level of English.

Senior Business Analyst – Supply Chain
We are currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst – Supply Chain, a client‑facing leadership role responsible for driving complex ERP implementations within supply chain domains (procurement, inventory, logistics, planning, and distribution).
This role requires a strong functional expert who can lead requirement gathering, solution design, and implementation while acting as a key advisor to clients and an escalation point for junior analysts.
Business Requirements & Client Engagement
Lead requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders across supply chain functions.
Analyze business processes (procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics) to identify improvements and optimization opportunities.
Translate complex supply chain and technical concepts into clear language for non‑technical stakeholders.
Perform gap analysis between current operations and ERP capabilities, ensuring scalable and efficient solutions.
Advise clients on best practices aligned with industry standards and digital transformation strategies.
Solution Design, Implementation & Testing
Lead supply chain module implementation within ERP (IFS or similar).
Supervise and mentor Business Analysts and Junior Analysts within the domain.
Collaborate with Project Managers on planning, estimations, and risk mitigation.
Work closely with development and technical teams to ensure accurate solution delivery.
Lead design discussions to align system architecture with business objectives.
Ensure quality assurance testing and validation of supply chain functionalities.
Support cross‑functional alignment with Solution Architects and other domains.
Deliver user training sessions and create functional documentation to ensure adoption.
Training, Expertise & Continuous Improvement (20%)
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in supply chain processes and ERP functionalities.
Stay up to date with industry trends, including digital supply chain, automation, and best practices.
Maintain relevant certifications (IFS or equivalent ERP modules).
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across projects and internal practices.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain processes (procurement, logistics, inventory, planning).
Minimum 3 years in client‑facing roles.
Experience in ERP implementation projects (IFS preferred).
Strong understanding of supply chain operations across industries such as Manufacturing, Energy, Construction, or Services.
Fluent in Portuguese and English (Spanish or French is a plus).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving capabilities.
Experience with project management and collaboration tools.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Availability to travel.
Legally authorized to work in Brazil.
