Key Responsibilities:
* Counsels teams, facilitators, and product owners on lean-agile principles.
* Promotes a culture of ongoing learning and improvement.
Risk & Impediment Management:
* Identifies, tracks, and resolves impediments and risks.
* Escalates critical issues to leadership when necessary.
Process Optimization:
* Optimizes the flow of work across the project.
* Assists in managing dependencies and operational runway.
Tool knowledge is advantageous. Workflow management is essential. Stakeholder Communication:
* Communicates with stakeholders and leadership for alignment.
* Liaises business strategy to technical execution.
