Job Responsibilities:
* Responsible for managing one or more aspects of food delivery operations, including: rider dispatch and scheduling strategy planning, rider pricing, supply and demand management, experience control, and the design and optimization of related strategies.
* Research local market demands, gain insights into market capacity management and corresponding strategies, and develop competitive capacity models and related strategies.
* Understand merchant needs, innovate delivery models based on business flow requirements, and formulate integrated delivery solutions accordingly.
Job Requirements:
* Extensive experience in strategy operations, having led complex business strategy operations or strategy product teams in O2O, internet e-commerce, or related industries, with proven successful cases.
* Strong team management and communication skills, able to effectively lead and motivate team members and promote collaboration between teams.
* Results-oriented, highly self-driven, with strong learning ability and resilience;
able to draw experiencefrom different fields and apply it quickly, adapt to market uncertainties, and be willing to innovate and break through.
