Training Opportunities
We are seeking a highly skilled Instructor to prepare, conduct and evaluate training programs. This includes creating written materials for use in programs, designing interactive exercises to enhance delivery of training, and conducting training on software product suites and equipment maintenance for external transit and internal personnel.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare, deliver and maintain technical training programs
* Assess training needs and certification requirements
* Develop and implement targeted training for technical teams and clients
* Prepare instructional material and classroom agendas
* Provide comprehensive end-user training for clients
* Conduct presentations and webinars
* Create instructor resources (course outlines, background materials, instructional materials, and training aids)
* Collaborate in the design of computer-based and multimedia curriculum
* Mentor other instructors in subject matter, content, and course delivery techniques for assigned technical courses
* Ensure high-quality consistency of course content throughout a course lifecycle
