As a Technical Lead II specialized in Drupal, you will guide distributed squads, unblock technical challenges and ensure high-quality delivery across global teams. This role combines strong technical expertise with leadership and client-facing skills, balancing hands-on development with the ability to inspire and support others.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop high-quality Drupal solutions, ensuring clean and maintainable code.
* Collaborate with squads in New York, London, Chennai and Brazil to deliver scalable and reliable applications.
* Unblock developers by providing solutions for complex custom features, database operations and API integrations.
* Analyze requirements and recommend appropriate solutions in multidisciplinary teams.
* Maintain coding standards and promote industry best practices.
* Support the development of online and offline solutions that meet customer needs.
* Build strong client relationships and manage expectations with professionalism.
* Foster a culture of knowledge sharing, collaboration and continuous improvement.
Reporting Lines & Stakeholders:
This role reports to the Software Engineering Manager in Brazil and will collaborate with teams across New York, London, Chennai and Brazil.
Requirements:
Technical Skills:
* Advanced expertise in Drupal (Back-End and Front-End).
* Strong knowledge of web development frameworks, databases and integrations.
* Experience working in agile environments.
* Proven track record in leading technical teams.
* Fluent English (spoken and written).
