The role focuses on recruiting software engineers to Sweden, supporting relocation, and coordinating with global teams.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and recruit engineers for Sweden-based roles across software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development.Build trust with suitable candidates and inform them about the benefits of living and working in Sweden.Coordinate with a global team of recruiters and the Swedish delivery management team to handle relocation logistics (visa, work permits, tickets, housing, etc.).Plan and execute recruitment activities with colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam.Maintain a high level of service, quality, and professionalism; uphold the company values of joy, trust and professionalism.RequirementsAt least 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment or similar technical experience.A solid and well-proven network of local engineering talent within IT.Extremely service-oriented with a flexible mindset and a focus on finding the best solution.High quality and brand awareness; understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing models.Upper-intermediate English proficiency.Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies.Analytical, well-organized with attention to detail; capable of identifying and closing recruitment requests.Self-confident, sociable, friendly, motivated and resilient with a positive attitude toward taking on challenges.Willingness to handle rejection and persist to achieve results.Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues and customers.Responsive and responsible with a professional appearance.Offer and ConditionsFull-time, long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur; minimum 12 months.Eight hours of efficient work per day, Monday to Friday; overtime compensation on a 1:1 basis in flex.Location: Remote work or from a co-location center of your choice.Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.Benefits: paid national holidays, 20 paid vacation days, paid travels, housing, and per diem.ApplicationPlease send your English CV to: ******.
