Your tasks
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Junior Analyst to join our finance team in Guarulhos, Brazil. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in finance.
- Assist in managing accounts receivable processes and maintaining accurate financial records
- Process and post customer payments in a timely and accurate manner
- Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies
- Generate and distribute customer invoices and statements
- Follow up on overdue accounts and assist with collections efforts
- Prepare and analyze accounts receivable reports
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing issues and customer inquiries
- Support month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the accounts receivable function
**Profile**:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
- 0-2 years of experience in accounts receivable or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP software (SAP)
- Numerical and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
- Time management and organizational abilities
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (preferred)
- ´Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality of financial information
