Join our team and start your journey today!Commercial EngineerDeveloping sales for Copeland in Argentina, Paraguay, Uruguay markets for OEMs.ResponsibilitiesDevelop sales for Copeland units across business segments: Copeland, Copeland Controls, White Rodgers, achieving annual targets.Monthly update of local sales forecasts and short/medium-term sales planning.Prepare and present effective technical-commercial proposals, negotiate, and follow up to close deals with appropriate values and conditions.Build long-term relationships with clients at all levels, including executives, identifying concerns and improvement opportunities.Seek potential new clients, establish contact, develop profiles, and expand the client network.Present products and solutions to clients to foster business growth.Plan visits and promote Copeland products to end customers like supermarkets and industrial niches.Report visits, travel activities, action points, and follow-up actions.Participate in activities related to customer satisfaction, interacting with technical, operations, export, administration, finance, and legal divisions.Attend mandatory training related to Trade Compliance and legal/corporate regulations, potentially becoming a reference in these areas.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or similar.Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in refrigeration or air conditioning.Advanced English (Portuguese is a plus).Willingness to travel 40% of the time.Own transportation.Our Commitment to Our PeopleWe are dedicated to sustainability, reducing carbon emissions, and improving energy efficiency through HVACR and cold chain solutions.
