Minimum Qualifications
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Food Science/Nutrition/Dietetics.
* Fresh Grad / Entry Level specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
Responsibilities
The QA Staff is responsible for the following:
* Quality control
* Quality assurance
* Line inspection and laboratory analyses
- Performs inspection of all incoming raw materials and packaging materials, conducts in-line inspection from ingredients preparation to finished products.
- Performs finished product analysis and testing, conducts audits on all areas of the process, and prepares a report for each assigned task.
- Conducts batch-test prior usage of materials in production.
Minimum Qualifications
* Graduate of BS Food Technology, Biology, Chemistry or Food Microbiology.
* Knowledgeable and with a better understanding of ISO, HACCP, HALAL, GMP, SOP and its principles.
* Has exposure in laboratory testing and in-line monitoring.
* Strong analytical and planning skills.
* Open to fresh graduates.
