TSYS operates in more than 75 countries around the world, processing billions of card transactions each year. As part of our growth as a card processor, we are seeking a Business Technical Service Analyst with experience in client-facing roles and PL/SQL development.
The ideal candidate will establish positive relationships with clients to develop and maintain long-term connections. They will understand the client's business objectives and expectations, acting as a go-to person for services and support.
The successful candidate will participate in evaluating client business requirements, estimating efforts, and guiding clients to utilize standard solutions while maximizing revenue. They will convert client requirements into technical specifications and present them internally and externally.
This role involves maintaining knowledge of critical business impact issues from the Service Desk, assisting with documents and maintenance for clients' system environments, and participating in release management between Service Desk, Compliance, and Project teams.
The successful candidate will take part in executing simple project work plans and revising them as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
* Solid experience in Oracle Database and PL/SQL development
* Previous experience consulting with clients to meet business needs
* Experience in requirements gathering, technical design, and technical presentation
* Advanced English level for speaking, listening, and writing
