Academic Background
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Postgraduate qualification or HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, or HRCI) is preferred.
Job Description
Act as a strategic partner to country leadership, providing proactive HR insights and solutions.
Drive organization design, workforce planning, and change management efforts.
Ensure compliance with Nitaqat and nationalization programs.
Lead Saudization strategy with targeted hiring, onboarding, and retention plans.
Liaise with HRDF and government platforms for subsidies and development programs.
Develop recruitment strategies aligned with business needs.
Collaborate with hiring managers & TA team on workforce planning and approvals.
Ensure strong onboarding and induction processes to accelerate new hire productivity.
Implement performance management processes (goal setting, reviews, PDPs).
Coach line managers on feedback, performance improvement, and succession planning.
Lead talent reviews and high-potential development programs.
Design and implement engagement programs to boost morale and retention.
Conduct employee feedback surveys and pulse checks regularly.
Champion a culture aligned with the company’s values and customer-centric mindset.
Partner with regional C&B team to ensure market-aligned pay structures.
Support merit reviews, promotions, and recognition programs.
Ensure compliance with labor law regarding payroll, EOSB, and benefits administration.
Maintain compliance with Saudi labor law, GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad, and related platforms.
Update and enforce HR policies and procedures periodically.
Manage audits, documentation, and legal risks related to employment matters.
