SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
Acting as a key representative of Jotun, you will safeguard the company's interests by delivering professional guidance, conducting thorough inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety and technical procedures. With support from Technical Service Manager, you'll also be responsible for accurate reporting using Technical Service standard tools. Responsibilities:- Carry out inspections of specific projects assigned to you by your direct manager by working independently, following the ITP and working procedures in order to ensure that the product is applied in accordance with the specification;- Write relevant reports by compiling data from inspections in order to document that the specification inspection criteria have been met;- Provide quality technical assistance to customers, using guidelines and procedures inherent to technical assistance services;- Work in the field as a liaison between Jotun and the customer under the guidance of the team leader or the Technical Service Manager, working on projects as specified. This position can also perform warranty inspections or other more complex activities such as investigations with or without the supervision of a senior or higher technical assistant;
The job holder works independently as a Coating Advisor, attending and leading projects as defined by their line manager within Protective and/or Marine.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in related areas (mandatory)
Postgraduate Degree / MBA in related areas;
Languages:
Advanced English (must be able to travel abroad and communicate with customers in English);
Native Portuguese (mandatory)
Work Experience:
We are looking for professionals who meet certain prerequisites, including:
- NACE I or ABRACO I valid certification;
- NACE II is desirable, but not mandatory;
You must have completed Team Number One, Level 2 and a history of completing Paint School type training, at least;
