The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Product Designer to lead end-to-end product design processes, from discovery and research to wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design. This includes developing comprehensive design systems, defining product requirements through close collaboration with cross-functional teams, and ensuring user-centricity at every step of the design process. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working on complex cybersecurity tools and SaaS products, and possess strong skills in user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations.
Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of business goals, user needs, and technical constraints;
* Work closely with Product Management and Engineering teams to define product requirements and ensure seamless integration;
* Collaborate with stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives;
* Design intuitive interfaces that meet the evolving needs of users;
* Conduct thorough user research and analysis to inform design decisions;
* Create and maintain detailed design documentation and assets;
* Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members to ensure clear understanding of design concepts;
Requirements
* Full professional proficiency in English;
* Strong portfolio showcasing complex product design work for enterprise software;
* Deep expertise with design tools like Figma, FigJam, and prototyping tools;
* Solid understanding of user flows, interaction design, information architecture, and visual hierarchy for B2B software;
* Experience working in agile development environments;
