Skyhouse Agency is a performance marketing agency seeking an Entry-Level Account Manager to support day-to-day client operations and internal coordination. This role is central to keeping accounts organized, accurate, and running smoothly across clients, performance managers, media buyers, and operations.
Requirements
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (or googlesheets)
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
* General understanding of digital marketing workflows
Responsibilities
* Client Comms
* Reporting Requests from client
* Coordinate between agency departments
* Internal reporting requirements for clients – budgets, creative approvals, and marketing performance reports
* Proactively flag and escalate issues to Account Managers
* **responds to urgent client requests on weekends
Required
* Undergraduate degree
* Proficient in google suite (sheets, docs, etc) and/or office suite
* Excellent written English communication skills, including grammar, tone, and clarity
