Commercial Administrative Analyst PL
Innovative Seeds Solution LLC is seeking highly motivated talent individuals to the sorghum administrative team.
The Commercial Administrative Analyst will be based in Uberlandia-MG, Brazil having primary responsibilities for commercial administrative and operations activities to process sorghum markets in South America.
Responsibilities:
* Acting in the capture of the seeds acquisition documents, transfer of seeds documents and ensure that these documents are correctly accounted coded and submitted to the support companies to proceed with the correct and accounting purposes.
* Ensure adequate customer planning and negotiation to guarantee that the commercial seed sales process occurs inside of the delivery planning and the proper sales and fiscal documents issue.
* Preparation of sales reports on the company's products’ sales, in addition to planning in conjunction with other areas and controlling the flow of products to be made available.
* To guarantee that pilot seed and commercial seed inventory amount has real accuracy with the accounting fiscal registers.
* To ensure that the company's operation has the necessary resources through inventory planning and maintaining, controlling the entry and exit process.
* To act in contact with suppliers to purchase the services and inputs that will be consumed by the commercial team, seeking better negotiation of prices and quality of the products and services purchased.
* To prepare and monitoring sales reports to help commercial team to ensure the flow of information, strategic plans and identification of corrective measures, improving their competitiveness, productivity and efficiency.
* Acting in the ISS agreement process with the customers referent to annual volume orders, hybrid inclusion and exclusion, new agreement inputs to guarantee the right sales operation and documentation register.
* Acting in the official register process to assure the correct registration of commercial hybrids and pre commercial hybrids inside of MAPA related to RNC and Zoning also, ensure the adequate company registration inside of Renasem and Crea to guarantee Innovative Seed Solutions freedom to operate inside of Brazilian legislation.
* Ensure the integrity and proper use of the company's assets as well as maintaining control over them.
* Strong collaborative relationships with R&D team, S&D team and commercial team to support assertiveness in seed sales, production, and processing.
* Ensure Security, Compliance, Business Conduct and Human Rights established by the company rules and culture of the region.
Required Skills/Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in administrative and related areas.
· Master’s in business administrative desirable.
· Mandatory working experience with database applications, spreadsheet software and data visualization. Differential attribute is Sankhya operation.
· High capacity to collaborate and work with cross-functional teams, build broad networks, and gain advocacy with others.
· Ability to summarize and clearly communicate information
· Desirable understand on seed company operation.
· Demonstrated experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
* Fluent in Portuguese and English with oral and written skills communication.
* Demonstrate detailed orientation.
* Demonstrate agility and pro activity personal skill.
* Experience in analytical processes, documentation, contract management and logistics administration is required for this role with at least two years of experience.
