Role Overview
We’re looking for a full time high-performance Executive Assistant / Operator who can act as the founder’s strategic right hand. This is not a typical admin role — you’ll be expected to solve problems, manage workflows, and drive revenue by ensuring the founder’s time and mind space are optimized.
You’ll handle project coordination, research, marketing follow-ups, CRM/data accuracy, and investor/client communication. You must be resourceful, systems-oriented, and proactive — with sharp communication skills and a strong understanding of sales funnels, business KPIs, and growth levers.
Key Responsibilities
* Calendar & Workflow Management: Prioritize founder’s schedule daily. Filter, organize, and prep context for all meetings.
* Lead & CRM Management: Keep CRMs organized. Follow up with prospects or investors when needed.
* Sales & Marketing Coordination: Oversee email campaigns, messages, DMs, follow-up sequences, and funnel performance reports.
* Business Support & Research: Help current companies on leadership, research industries, or compile SOPs.
* Internal Team Support: Work with setters, media buyers, client success, and recruiters to ensure deliverables are met and founder isn't the bottleneck.
* Investor & Client Communication: Draft investor updates, proposals, pitch decks, and high-level communications.
* Track Metrics: Maintain dashboards of revenue, conversion rates, ad spend, equity returns, and property performance.

Requirements
* 2–5+ years supporting a high-performance executive or founder
* Proven experience in sales, CRM, marketing funnels, or operations
* Strong written & verbal English (bonus if bilingual: PT/ES)
* Familiarity with: Google Workspace, Slack, Close / GHL, Asana (or similar tools)
* Ability to work between 8am–5pm EST (flexible but must be reachable when Founder reaches out even if outside of work hours)
* Ability to work independently and remotely
* Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support

Compensation
* $800–$2,500/month base depending on experience
* Plus performance bonuses and potential equity for long-term operators
