Purpose of the Job
We are seeking a motivated PMO Specialist to lead strategic initiatives within the Product Stewardship function. While prior experience in Product Stewardship is a plus, it is not a requirement. What's essential is a strong willingness to learn, grow, and develop a deep understanding of the function over time. This role will oversee performance monitoring systems and ensure timely, effective communication with stakeholders across the organization. The ideal candidate brings a strong analytical mindset and the ability to interpret complex data, connect diverse data points, and extract actionable insights to support strategic decisions. A background or keen interest in data engineering is highly valued—particularly the ability to structure, organize, and translate data into clear, actionable insights for cross-functional teams. This role also involves full ownership of integrating data sources and a strong commitment to deep-diving into data to identify root causes and support effective, data-driven problem-solving.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate and execute global Product Stewardship improvement projects while maintaining excellence standards and regulatory compliance through timely responses and consistent monitoring.
* Track and update global Product Stewardship performance dashboards, delivering data-driven reports for effective decision-making.
* Meet project requirements within specified timelines and integrate the updated regulatory requirements into project planning and delivery while managing emerging challenges.
* Collaborate with Product Stewardship teams across regions (APAC, Americas, and Europe) to assess performance data and develop business strategies for continuous improvement.
* Ensure that key performance indicators (KPIs) are clearly defined, consistently monitored, and accurately measured to drive continuous improvement and support organizational alignment.
Requirements
* At least 4-8 years of relevant experience (with a regulatory background beneficial, but not mandatory).
* At least a bachelor's degree.
* Clear communication skills and project management experience, with an ability to work effectively with stakeholders across all organizational levels.
* Experience in process design, optimization, system harmonization, and standardization.
* Strong analytical and reporting capabilities with the ability to deep-dive into making key connections and inferences of data, and the ability to recognize and identify unique patterns.
* Skilled at managing time and priorities, with a demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines, while possessing a strong solution-oriented mindset.
* Experience in SAP Systems, and other similar applications is highly preferred, alongside knowledge of SAP Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS).
