Job Overview:
We are actively looking for a Senior Digital Business Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with exceptional sales skills, a flair for digital marketing, and characteristically charismatic & convincing.
Responsibilities:
* Proactively lead international sales initiatives by identifying and engaging with prospective clients across diverse markets.
* Develop and implement targeted digital marketing strategies, driving lead conversion and customer acquisition.
* Analyze and interpret data insights and performance metrics to continuously refine sales and marketing strategies, iterating on successful approaches to maximize conversion rates and revenue growth.
Requirements:
* Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Charismatic and persuasive demeanor, with the ability to proactively engage potential clients, build rapport, and convincingly articulate the value proposition of our products or services.
* Demonstrated track record of success in sales, with a proven ability to convert leads into clients and drive revenue growth.
* Adaptability and resilience in navigating the jewelry market dynamics and overcoming challenges to meet sales targets.
* Employ a charismatic and persuasive approach to nurture client relationships and effectively convert leads into loyal customers.
* Experience in Digital Marketing is a plus.
