We are seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Lead to facilitate high-quality, predictable delivery across eCommerce implementation and ongoing support initiatives.
This role focuses on leading Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring alignment with organizational governance, security, and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews/demos, retrospectives
* Partner with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs, refine user stories, and define sprint goals
* Track sprint health (capacity, velocity, burndown/burnup) and manage scope
* Identify and remove impediments (dependencies, environments, test data, approvals)
* Promote flow efficiency by limiting WIP and reducing blockers
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 8+ years in Agile delivery
* 5+ years as a Scrum Master supporting web/eCommerce teams
* Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC/SFRA) or comparable enterprise eCommerce platforms
* Proven ability to improve velocity predictability, reduce defect leakage, and manage dependencies
* Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, Agile metrics, and scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, or pragmatic multi-team coordination)
* Proficiency with: Jira, Confluence, CI/CD awareness (Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
* Scrum certifications: CSM or PSM I / PSM II
* Solid eCommerce domain knowledge: catalog, pricing, promotions, checkout, payments, tax, shipping, returns, Order Management Systems (OMS)
