Mission
Lead the implementation of the Business Unit (BU) business plan in your region (NE); participate in the development of the area\'s strategy in alignment with regional/corporate plans, aligned with your business unit\'s strategy.
Main Tasks
* Be responsible for the development, maintenance, and strengthening of relationships with strategic clients in the region, ensuring personalized and long-term account management.
* Define Commercial Strategies: Develop and implement sales and key account development strategies, aligning them with regional market needs and company objectives.
* Define strategies for the development and qualification of the regional representatives network, and support the identification of business influencers.
* Monitor the monthly sales performance and update trends and forecasts.
* Continuously analyze activities at each stage of the sales process (presentations, quote preparation, follow-up on open offers, and order closing process).
* Interact with the marketing department, national sales management, and general management to define marketing tools and actions to be introduced or adjusted.
* Monitor changes and trends in the market environment, providing insights for reviewing tactical strategies and market actions.
* Communicate to representatives about new market and product opportunities.
* Analyze, approve, and manage sales expenses in alignment with company policies and defined budget.
* Conduct client visits in the field, in addition to active participation in regional and national events.
* Organize and, when necessary, deliver presentations or lectures about the product line to end customers and integrators.
