Marketing Transformation Specialist
We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to drive impactful campaigns that connect doctors with underserved communities.
This role involves leveraging marketing as a force for change by attracting the right doctors to communities in need and boosting their visibility and reputation.
You will be responsible for designing and executing localized marketing strategies, collaborating with recruitment and client teams, and running digital paid campaigns to build awareness and trust.
Your work will involve managing content creation, establishing marketing processes, and measuring and optimizing campaigns based on data.
About the Role
The Marketing Manager/Senior Marketing Specialist will unfold in two high-impact phases:
* Attracting Quality Doctors to Underserved Communities
* Helping Doctors Build Their Practice and Patient Base
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
* Designing and executing localized marketing strategies that attract doctors to work in underserved communities
* Collaborating with recruitment and client teams to understand doctor profiles, community needs, and positioning strategies
* Running digital paid campaigns to build awareness and trust
* Managing content creation with a strong focus on human-centered storytelling
* Establishing marketing processes and systems that can be replicated across multiple regions and healthcare organizations
* Measuring and optimizing campaigns based on data
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 5+ years experience in marketing
* Good level in English (main work language serving North American clients)
* Experience in marketing agencies or start-ups
* B2B + B2C experience
* Entrepreneur/business mindset
* Passion for healthcare, purpose-driven work, or community building
* Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, WordPress/HTML, and analytics platforms
