 
        
        Mission and Responsibilities
The Logistics Supervisor plays a fundamental role in managing the company's logistical processes.
 1. Plans and oversees daily demand according to the established delivery schedule, ensuring the execution of all order stages, including separation, verification, invoicing, transshipment, loading, routing, proper reduction, and correct recording of reasons for any delivery failures;
 2. Closely monitors the sector's management in stockout situations, offering similar products or confirming the rupture, aiming to ensure that the shipment is made on the agreed-upon delivery date;
 3. Guarantees the flow of immediate withdrawal demand from the day, identifying opportunities to improve productivity and quality, monitoring expired withdrawal orders and taking necessary actions;
 4. Maintains daily interaction with the control tower and monthly meetings, evaluating occurrences and providing support to the logistics administration team, following up with the supervisor;
 5. Exercises supervision over the ADM team, ensuring that all deliveries scheduled for the day have a Transport Document (DT), in cases of lack of this document, acting directly with the transporter;
 6. Uses the route panel to extract relevant information that supports their decisions, anticipating potential problems pointed out by clients and streamlining solutions;
 7. Constantly seeks greater agility and efficiency in resolving stockout cases, applying careful analyses and taking assertive decisions;
 8. Identifies operational bottlenecks and organizes the team according to peak flows, ensuring that the time for separating orders and customer permanence are aligned with the company's established guidelines;
 9. Demonstrates ability in analyzing reports, proposing actions to improve existing processes and achieve desired results;
 10. Contributes to the Operations Manager, selecting, contracting, motivating, developing, and retaining employees as needed;
 11. Acts in the continuous search for improvement, anticipating problems, contributing with suitable solutions;
 12. Collaborates with their supervisor in preparing reports aimed at increasing productivity and achieving sector objectives;
 13. Becomes a reference for the team, sharing sector numbers and achieving established goals;
 14. Guides team members in the daily management plan, supervises the performance of activities, and follows up on inventory control, including addressing, storage of positions, and realization of inventories;
 15. Ensures the proper use and maintenance of available tools for the team, guaranteeing the effectiveness of all inventory-related processes, both rotating and general;
 16. Monitors the execution of movement processes, transitory, addressing, and negative, promoting the dissemination of correct addressing culture;
 17. Ensures compliance with the stockout procedure, maintaining constant vigilance over stock deficiency monitoring in the system and prepares weekly reports on the subject;
 18. Represents a central role in anti-dumping efforts, presents more in-depth reports during briefings, and is a model of efficiency in counter-power and adopting good practices;
 19. Guides team members to the daily operations plan, collaborates in preventing losses, watches over inventory quality and conservation, watches over warehouse goods, directs their team to keep it clean and organized;
 20. Guarantees that all merchandise be checked and in perfect condition, monitors collection of returns according to commercial agreements established;
 21. Instructs the team to communicate to cadastros support any discrepancy in registered products, as a means of preventing errors in inventory;
 22. Develops work schedules, always checking operational needs and legislative norms;
 23. Leads their team in defining adequate spaces according to the product received to optimize the management of inspection and storage;
 24. Guarantees complete registration of FOB freights and certifies if all were paid correctly, controlling pallets in debt with suppliers;
 25. Creates training agendas for other sectors, about the process of returns via commercial agreement.
