Our client is a worldwide holiday rental online marketplace company that maintains and hosts a platform, accessible to customers on its website or via an app.
Through the service, users can arrange lodging and tourism experiences or list their properties for rental.
We are seeking an enthusiastic engineer who works as a Senior Genesys Cloud Consultant.
This person will partner closely with the Technical Architect, Engineering, Business Analysts, Quality Assurance, and other cross-functional program team members.
**Responsibilities**:
- Be the direct point of technical contact to provide high-quality consultancy for Genesys solutions to customers and the business
- Provide advanced end-to-end technical design of Genesys Cloud delivery projects, including technical workshop delivery, technical requirements capture, authoring, and sign-off handling of technical design specification documentation.
- Perform in-depth analysis combining complex technical and business issues
- Responsible for establishing and owning technical architectures and implementing new technologies
- Modify Genesys system configuration based on business requirements and other factors
- Plan and direct deployment of new Contact Center technologies and upgrades
- Serve as the main point of contact for all Genesys concerns internally and with external vendors
- Contribute to the Genesys Contact Centre switchover to the production state
**Qualifications**
- A minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in architecting, developing, implementing, and supporting Genesys Cloud CX solutions
- Experience with Genesys Engage technologies (e.g.
Call Recordings, eServices, Reporting, Orchestration, WFM, IWD, etc.)
- Proficiency with JavaScript development
- Proven track record with Java or JavaScript development
- Understanding of SIP infrastructure, including SIP protocol, SBC solutions, load balancing, etc.
- Extensive knowledge of infrastructure planning and operations, design and deployment, as well as system life cycle management
- Experience in multi-data-center deployments with 99.9% availability in core contact center functionalities
