We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team in maintaining long-term, valuable relationships with existing and potential clients.
This key role will oversee the continued development of business from onboarding throughout the lifetime of the account on our platform.
As an Account Manager, you will be the expert on anything related to the platform as needed to facilitate the adaptation of our clients. Your primary objective in this role will be assisting in revenue generating opportunities as well as providing outstanding support to ensure our partners' confidence in our services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide daily support to accounts through navigation of the platform including introduction of new features, assistance with issues, and addressing concerns
* Foster continued business with accounts by nurturing relationships and providing unmatched value
* Communicate effectively with accounts via chat or video call to ensure their issues are being addressed and follow up frequently until a resolution is met
* Work independently towards account satisfaction as well as collaborate with team members across various departments when necessary
* Daily task tracking and weekly performance reporting according to assigned KPIs
* Continued self-education for industry knowledge and platform features
